All paintings are hand painted with high quality materials such as Arteza gouache paint, onto heavy weight watercolour paper to ensure your painting lasts forever. 

2. Please get in touch via my email mollie.betteridge@icloud.com, instagram @molliebetteridge.art or through the order form.

 I will need a clear photo of your furry loved one. Ideally a photo of your pet alone, at eye level and with a relatively clear background. 

Make sure when you zoom into the photo, the eyes and direction of fur details are still clear. A selection is always helpful.

3. Let me know your pets name, their personality and any specific requirements for your painting; background colour, added details in their collar etc.

 Please specify if you would like a frame, as all paintings come unframed.

4. After you have sent me your reference photo, I will confirm which one is suitable and make sure you're happy with the photo I have chosen to work from.

5. I will then draw up your pet and send you a photo via email or the platform in which you placed the order, allowing you to see and decide if you want anything changed.

6. Once is all agreed between us, I will ask for a 50% non-refundable deposit for the painting. I will give you a rough finish date and send you updates throughout my process.

7. Once I have sent you a photo of the final painting, I will then ask for the remaining money to be paid. I will then post your finished painting.
